Cross-Country

Cross-Country is an important part of Little Athletics. It is our winter season activity for those who like the longer distances and enjoy a different style of competition. It is beneficial for building strength and stamina for the upcoming summer (Track & Field) season or for other sports and  activities.

Cross-Country is open to all age groups and includes various distances from 500m to 3km. Competitions are held weekly on Saturday mornings at 9:30am at Newport Lakes and other locations across the western suburbs.
